Major Web Site Development Projects
- Databases on the National Jewish Web Site, using FileMaker Pro and Web FM 3.0
- Electronic Journals on the Web
- This database presents a clickable interface for all the journals
the National Jewish staff has full text access to on the web.
The library arranges this access in most cases. It also gives
the web site for journals that have one. It uses the same database
as the annual journal review.
- Databases
Available
- This database links over 100 databases available to the staff at National Jewish.
- The
National Jewish Faculty Publications
- The National Jewish Faculty publish over 250 scientific publications a year. This is a searchable database of the publications that are indexed in MEDLINE. There are over 2700.
- Pathfinders
for Consumer Health Information
- The database converted a page of links that assisted consumers in finding information on our subjects, originally coordinated and designed with the assistance of Gwen Leaning. This database now has over 600 links to print and web resources in the disease we treat. Links tend to be to actual documents rather than the front page of sites.
- The Journal Review Database
- The library does a review of the journal collection every year.
A database was created to give information about each title, for
the staff and over the web. The project was used in 1998 and is
current for the year 2000. For the 1998 Review, Faculty members
could give their opinion online.
- The Images Database for HTML Development
- These pages were put together using FileMaker Pro to organize the gifs that I collected from the web to use in writing pages.

- Med Facts with Index
- Coordinated the marking up into HTML of 60 Med Facts and produced subject and title indices in Pro-Cite for access.
- Medical Scientific Update
